This outdoor space has seating for 35 guests. Host your event rain or shine since our Living room and Kitchen are included with this rental.  (Indoor Living room has seating for 24)

Relax on the couch in the garden with your guests and enjoy the space. Serve from our outdoor bar with bar fridge. Bring your outdoor games to play on the lawn during your family picnic.  

 Pamper your guests with our stemless wine glasses, crystal lowball or high ball glassware and matching drink pitchers.  Coffee maker, kettle, crystal drink pitchers, Punch dispenser, serving platters, etc are all available for use.

You are welcome to bring your own plastic disposable dishes is you prefer. 

Relax with your guests indoors on our couch, white wingback chairs, chaise, ottoman or stools at the bar.

$130/ HR HST for the 1st 3 Hrs booked. 

$110/ HR HST for hours 4-5.

$85/HR HST for hours 6
