Ever since masks were mandated in public areas I used my tactical shemaghs to cover my face instead of masks because I've been wearing these things long before while shooting firearms in the desert, riding my motorcycle or hiking etc. These shemaghs are military grade which are used by thousands of US soldiers overseas in the middle east to help keep dust out of their faces, shade/cool their faces and whatever they can use it for. For being a cotton "scarf" the square shape makes it very versatile.
